The day job. 10+ years of getting projects that touch lots of teams out the door in SaaS and media monitoring tech, from AWS migrations to full product launches. I’m the one making it clear who’s doing what, what’s at risk, and what ships next.

Receipts — at Critical Mention

Media Contact Database: Took it from concept to market. 1,100+ sales in 3 years.
Podcast monitoring: Added podcasts as a new content set on the platform. 1,200+ new sales.
Reports redesign: Delivered a redesign and improvements to the media monitoring reports, with a UX/UI refresh.
Video editor rewrite: Rewrote the in-platform video editor as an HTML5 player.
AWS migration: Ran an infrastructure migration to AWS for a real-time media monitoring platform.
Delivery systems: Built the Jira workflows, release process, escalation paths and QA strategy that kept a fast-growing engineering org shipping without breaking things.

I’m known for bringing clarity to messy situations, keeping teams aligned, clearing bottlenecks, and actually shipping on time.

A music discovery app for DJs and the people who dig. Start from a DJ you trust or a set you love, follow the connections outward, and save what you find into crates you can actually use.

What I did

Product: Defined the core loop: discover, save, organize, explore connections. Scoped what ships and what waits, and wrote the plans before the big builds.
Build: Designed and built it end to end: sign-in and password recovery, DJ and artist following, a personal library, crates, CSV export, and the privacy and terms pages.
Data: Connected tracks to the sets and DJs that played them, so you can see where a record has been played. Enriches tracks with BPM, key, genre and label.
Process: Runs it like a product team of one: staging before production, a release checklist for every ship, a written decision log, and automated tests covering the code and the browser.
